Guess what we just received in the mail?! Our Stella & Dot jewelry! We’ve been so busy we hadn’t had a chance to shop until a few days ago. We are SO pleased with everything we ordered! They came in the prettiest packaging, perfect for birthday or Christmas presents!

We also want to take this opportunity to tell you guys about the fitness✖️fashion event we held with Stella & Dot last month! My high school friend, Valerie, who is a stylist at Stella & Dot reached out to me and asked if we were interested in hosting a trunk show. Hostesses usually invite their girlfriends over for a wine night and Val brings over the jewelry for them to shop. But we thought maybe we could do something different, like a fitness & fashion sort of thing since we all love a good BBG meet up!
Val explained to us that Stella & Dot is SO much more than just jewelry. We knew this would be a perfect fit for the BBG community after reading the mission statement, which is all about #GIRLPOWER! ️
STELLA & DOT MISSION:

Aside from its women empowering mission, the Stella & Dot Foundation engages and inspires our community to effect positive change in the lives of women and their families. Val showed us the beautiful Illuminate Cuff, with its interior embossed with: MERE – SOEUR – FILLE – MOTHER – SISTER – DAUGHTER – MAMA – SCHWESTER – TOCHTER; which translates to Mother, Sister, Daughter in French, English, and German. The proceeds from this piece supports Stella & Dot’s global charity partner, Every Mother Counts, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to making pregnancy and childbirth safe for every mother around the world.
Stella & Dot also donates to Autism Awareness Month in April, Breast Cancer Awareness Month
in October, and supports military families through their Buy One, Gift One program in November. They have donated over $2.4 million worldwide to causes important to our community.

We had such a great time hosting this event especially knowing it was for a great cause! ️ We are thinking about hosting another fitness & fashion event for the Winter season
