We finally had the chance to try the Perfect Fit Protein we received from Karena & Katrina’s Tone It Up Event. 💪🏼 The pack of protein came with a peach raspberry smoothie recipe so we were inspired to fix up something peachie 🍑 since we conveniently had some in the fridge! We switched out the raspberries for strawberries 🍓 and threw in a cup of oatmeal because it makes our digestive systems happy! 😜 This was the PERFECT smoothie for us yesterday after sweating it out on leg day! 💦 The protein is plant based 🌱 (pea protein & pumpkin seed protein), naturally sweetened with Monk Fruit Extract, and most importantly, delicious! 😋
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of Perfect Fit Protein
- 1 cup oatmeal
- Half a peach
- 5 strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups soymilk or almond milk
Instruction:
- Blend the oatmeal into smaller, grainier pieces
- Add soymilk/almond milk then blend
- Add frozen bananas then blend
- Add in the peach slices, strawberries, and protein then blend
- ENJOY!!
